A small firm with an unusually wide reach.

Laws Bakery is the trading name of SNITCHER LEGAL SERVICES LIMITED, registered in England and Wales. It is deliberately boutique: every matter is handled by a qualified lawyer — never passed to a trainee, never lost in a pyramid. For businesses, directors, shareholders and private clients whose interests span the UK and the US, that means senior attention and a direct line to the person responsible for your outcome.

English legal work is carried out by Adam Theodore Frith, a Solicitor of England and Wales regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority under number 7010997. US legal work is supported by KalMarie Nichole Rawald, an Attorney at Law admitted to the Washington State Bar in 2006 under number 37784 — giving the practice genuine footing on both sides of the Atlantic.

We built the practice our clients kept asking for: senior lawyers, direct lines, and advice delivered before it is needed — not after.

The firm works on corporate formation and governance, commercial contracts, shareholder arrangements, regulatory compliance and dispute resolution. Where a matter requires specialist advice outside our admitted jurisdictions, we say so early and, where appropriate, coordinate with counsel qualified in that jurisdiction — so nothing falls between the gaps.

KalMarie Nichole Rawald

Attorney at Law · Washington

KalMarie Rawald is a US-admitted Attorney at Law, called to the Washington State Bar in 2006. Her practice areas, as listed in public legal directories, are business law and government/administrative law.

Boutique agility. National-firm firepower.

Laws Bakery works in legal partnership and participation with Shoosmiths LLP — the focus and direct access of a boutique, backed by the capacity and specialist resources of a leading national law firm.

Laws Bakery Independent Legal Advisory
Shoosmiths LLP Professional Cooperation

This cooperation pairs the day-to-day advisory work of Laws Bakery with the capacity and specialist resources of Shoosmiths LLP. Clients keep a single, senior point of contact — while matters that need greater capacity or specialist input are coordinated under terms agreed at the outset of the engagement.

The result is a structure most boutiques cannot offer and most national firms will not: partner-level attention, with a larger platform on standby. You get the judgement of a senior lawyer and the bench strength of a national firm, without the layers in between.

The arrangement reflects a shared commitment to efficient business operations, strict confidentiality, legal integrity and high standards of client service across UK and US corporate matters.
